This guy is  a spammer posting up non-sense posts with spamming website links . 5 posts full of non-pertinent stuff.

That is the new form of automated spamming. A Bot parses random words together that make no sense and load it with links.
Some of them are funny to read, like Chinglish. But the idea behind it is to fill the post with many frequently searched terms so people get drawn to the posts.

I mail bombed a few of the servers in the past, but nowadays the repurcussions are to harsh.
