This post has nothing to do with excercise I just couldn't stand seeing the same old last post under this forum anymore on the main page.   If you don't remember it was the topic "I'm fat" last updated by Ryan Dickson...just always made me laugh when I saw it. If you know Ryan you know what I mean.  Cheesy
