Anyone use NOST for a revalve?
Mar 23rd, 2008, 3:55pm

I've read all the good things about Palo Verde but am curious about how Nost has treated those that have had theirs done there.
It's time I've had my suspension done. I'm tired of hitting those square edged bumps and feel like my teeth are going to rattle out of my head. I'm also tired of bouncing off rocks like a ping pong ball.

Extra points for someone thats used both and can give a comparison.

You can also try Alan Stillwell (Stillwell suspension) he is an AMRA sponsor as well. I know he has done a few guys around the valley and all like his work....his number is 303 908-1214

NOST (I believe) has focused on bikes besides KTM.  (They might be ready to do them now, that was a year ago I inquired)
I rode Hutch's YZ last week, done by NOST. I was totally impressed. subtle on the small chop and can handle the big stuff with ease.
Bob Todd of FutureShox does KTM's, I've heard of Randy Gilmore as well for orange bikes...
If you don't mind boxing it and sending it - Trail Tricks (Javier) of Frazier Park, CA is THE dude for KTM's. There is a link on KTMTalk.
Of Course Palo Verde is local and did a great job on my 525 back in the day.....plus the are a big, big promoter of this site, besides helping establish it...... Wink

I didn't your style (or lack of) required any suspension work to be done?   Grin

Ok I did a search on TT and found that there are numerous threads on suspension shops in Phoenix. Everyone raves about the place they got theirs done. I doubt I could go wrong with any of your recomendations though.

I guess my question should be Race Tech or Nost components?

Nost did my XR650R & I couldn't be more pleased with the way the bike soaks up the little bumps & yet firms up for the big ones. It has saved my butt several times when I out ran my ability & talent.
